Beth Jenson - Science

I first started teaching at Laconia High School in 2006, and have taught a variety of science and math classes over my years here, including chemistry, physics, physical and earth science, algebra, geometry, and life skills and practical math.
I graduated from Michigan Technological University with a bachelor's degree in Chemistry and minors in Mathematics and Earth Science.  I also earned my Master's degree in Mathematics Education from UW-Oshkosh.  I'm currently certified to teach math, chemistry, physics, earth & space science, and broadfield science. I have a lot of fun coming to work each day teaching science and math to our wonderful students!
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two sons, reading, and camping and outdoor activities.  I also love to cook, and I'd love to spend more time traveling.
