Deb Lange - Literacy Support
Deb Lange - Literacy Support Teacher
I live in Beaver Dam with my wonderful husband Larry. I have three sons, Jason, Justin, and Jeremy. Jason just graduated from high school and is attending UW Oshkosh this fall. Justin is a senior at UW Madison, studying Mechanical Engineering. Jeremy lives in Greenville, South Carolina with his wife, Katie, and my three awesome grandchildren, Kailana, Jax, and Bodhi. When I am not visiting my grandchildren, I enjoy gardening, camping, four-wheeling, and being outdoors.
I graduated from UW Madison with a degree in Elementary Education with Grade 1-8 certification and a minor in mathematics. I earned a Masters of English/Language Arts from Cardinal Stritch University and acquired my Reading Teacher License. Previous to teaching 17 years as a Literacy Support Teacher in the Beaver Dam Unified School District, I taught for five years at Emerson Elementary in Madison.
I had an awesome First Grade teacher who inspired me to become a teacher. She always made learning fun and exciting, so I was curious and wanted to learn more.
My desire is to instill a love for learning for the students of the Rosendale-Brandon School District. I want to help them build a strong foundation in their literacy skills, so they will be able to continue to learn for a lifetime.
